microsoft ergnomic keyboard, it's black has a leather wrist rest. I like it, but was wondering if there was any ergonomic style keyboard somebody else would recommend?

continuous rapid finger motion in difficult directions is the problem. Get a Dvorak keyboard from http://www.typematrix.com and also try dragon naturally speaking for writing emails. The Dvorak keyboard will reduce finger motions necessary for typing by over 60%, and Dragon will type up emails for you much faster than you can type. It works great, and you can dictate at about 200 words per minute (WPM)! Most of the fastest typists max out at about 80 WPM on a QWERTY keyboard. The typing world records are held by people who type on Dvorak keyboards, they can type about 200 WPM. That's about the same as using Dragon, so be sure to get Dragon. It's worth the money. Your injuries will become MUCH worse, and eventually you will become permanently crippled. Dragon is $800, the keyboard is $100. It'll cost at least triple that to have corrective surgeries done, so it's not too expensive when you think of it that way.

Jeremy I think it was just the style of the keyboard you didn't like. That and you were typing nonstop and your wrists gave way. Try not to type so much.
