I really love babies

I realy ♥LOVE♥ babies so I was thinking.. I should be a baby sitter... so I was looking if any of my friends moms have babys or something... but there is non.. what should I do?? I already put up bullotons and no one calls me or anything.. HELP... I no how to change a dipper and how to put them to sleep and so much more.. but I cant fint a baby that I can baby sit...♥

You can look in the paper I suppose. But no-one is going to call you up one day and just leave there kids with you! I would never dream of doing that, Do you honestly think at the age of 14 that people will just leave their kids with you? Its not just about changing diapers or putting them to sleep or making a bottle up, theres soo much more, supporting the child emotionally making them feel safe, growing a bond between you both or they wont feel safe with you, what would you do if the child had an accident? do you know first aid? for before the ambulance or parents arrive home? . Theres so much more involved. I wouldnt just ring up a 14 year old and ask for you to look after my son!! I'd want to meet you and have you spend a few days with me and my son first, supervised time where you would look after my son but I am still there before anyone would even dream of leaving you with my child for even a couple of hours!. I know a lot of other parents would feel the same. You need to find a family to make a bond with first.

I was exactly like you,I live in a pretty close street an there is lots of children where I live and I was close 2 them all and I was lucky because they trusted me and I got 2 babysit, I also did voulenteering in schools, playschools and nurseries,soon as I left school I went 2 college and I've got my level 2 in childcare and looking to do my level 3, I have a ful time job in a nursery now wich I love!! and as babybump says, there is a lot more to it than just changing dipers and feeding etc, it is really hard work!!! having to look after 1 child, let alone 11 babies!!! wow! lol some times I wounder how the hell I cope, and deal with it lol I must be mad! but I wouldnt change it for the world, I think its the most amazing and the most rewarding job of all I LOVE IT!!

ok. honestly nobodyys gona just leave theyre kid wiht u. there more to changing a diaper and putting them to sleep. if noboyd calls u, try working at a day care. I feel the same way as you do. im 14 and I absolutely LOVE babies. so my suggestion is just too work at a daycare , but keep the bullitens posted just in case
