I think if you have a good diet you're either allergic to something, or maybe have exzema (sp? sorry if its wrong haha)
My cousin has got TERRIBLE exzema and she comes out in these spots which she scratches and in turn it gets a lot worse.
I'd suggest going to see your doctor anyway so he can make a proper diagnosis and then give you the right stuff for it if it does turn out to be exzema.
You might be alergec of something. You might need to see your dermotologist to see what's available.
I'd say try to find food you'll like to be on a diet such as eating grains, oats, ect. If you're getting spots on your skin, it's probably exzima. I'd try to recomend if you could try some Olay lotion to heal the spots. I like Olay Quench body lotion with Shay Butter.
That's for dry and chapped skin. But, if you want to try it on the spots, you can see what it'll do. But, please, see your dermotologist. He'll figure out the problem and recomend you the right products.
Good luck.

Really good skin care products that work
I have bad skin but not just my face. Not all over pimples or anything but just spots that I scratch and they become bigger.
People have suggested proactive but I think that's just for face and is expensive. I am open to any suggestions including...
vitamins, foods, home remedies, skin cream, lotions, body bath gels etc.
I drink loads of water, exercise and eat pretty healthy with all the food groups.
