Re-heating tri-tip

I want to know how to re-heat tri tip safely and with all juices in tact what is the best way and how hot does the internal temp need to be?

This question is confusing. If the tri-tip has already been cooked, the issue of juiciness and safety is already out of your hands. Put it in the oven until it's warm, eat, repeat.
