What's going on with my mom rabbit?

My rabbit gave birth yesterday afternoon, and her poop looks like melted chocolate!!! what does that mean? is it bad?, she also made her nest in the corner of her cage and only uses her nest box as somewhere to sleep, is that alright. And also this morning at 8 o'clock I noticed her feeding her babies, and she all of a sudden made some scary noises so I went to go check and she was eating something and after she left the nest, I went and checked (all the babies were alright) but there was like a little lump of white and some blood all over it, and like a little clumpy thing with blood on it, What was that?

I had a cat give birth to 2 litters of kittens. she may just be going through some normal problems so dont worry just take her to a vet as soon as you can ok?

Afterbirth will cause diarreah...it's mother natures way of clearing the system after the babies are born...so don't worry about that. She may have found some left over afterbirth, and was cleaning it up...or possibly what you found was an unformed baby, and the noise she made was popping it out...

Keep an eye on her, and make sure she has plenty to eat and drink...if she stops doing either, get her to the vet...

My rabbit did this for a while, too. Keep checking, and if it doesn't get better after a while, take her to the vet.
