When the food pops into your head or your about to eat something with a lot of calories THINK of your goal (loosing weight) then if you really want too reach that goal you'll reach it also drink a lot of water im serious it helps alooottt. And try buying this product at your local food store NOPALINA PLUS its a powder that you put in your drink 3 times day and if you drink it as should you'll loose some pounds yahoo it

ok so I know good weight loss comes with exercise, and I have been eating healthy and exercising since I was 14 and im 16 but my curvy hate self gives in to the chocolate in times of stress such as my last 2 months of highschool lol so ey call a muffin...
top or w.e now I have started excersing more since this week 5 times a week and my wii fit also but I go to florida in less than 3 weeks any quick weight loss ideas to just speed it up a bit
plus please dont think im stupid , last year I was an a cup and went to almost D cup in 11 months so im just trying to be more toned so I can finally wear a bikini
