As far as I know, usually there is a bleedig, but this is not a 100%
strict rule. It might be missing.

Some do and some don't. Bleeding is not an indication of virginal state. The bleeding is caused by the hymen being torn and stretched ( a thin layer of tissue within the vagina) Some women are born without a hymen as the tissues divided fully during development as a fetus.

When having sex for the first time some women bleed and others dont. Bleeding is not a sign of wheather or not your a virgin. A woman can tear your hymen when playing a sport or using a tampon, things like that. Also some women are born with one at all
