The Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald!
Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury I am here today to talk to you about Lee Harvey Oswald and to prove that he is guilty of the murder of John F Kennedy.
Firstly Lee Harvey Oswald’s motives for killing the president of the USA are because the USA is a Capitalist country and Lee Harvey Oswald developed communism views. As Lee Harvey developed these communist views he wanted the USA to become a communist county. Unfortunately no-one shared the same views as Lee Harvey Oswald and he was therefore ignored.
Lee Harvey then moved to Russia and married a Russian woman called Marina Oswald - he had a child with her. After Lee Harvey was married, he decided to move back to Texas Dallas where he was born. He got a job at the Texas school book depository near Elm Street and was accustomed to getting lifts from his friend at work every Friday. On the day John F Kennedy was an assassinated Lee Harvey Oswald asked for a lift as usual but was seen holding a large package that was big enough to store a rifle.
Lee Harvey Oswald had a great opportunity to assassinate the president as he was working In the Texas school book depository. The Texas school book depository is a very tall building and that provided him with a perfect shot at the president, John F Kennedy. Lee Harvey Oswald definitely was on the 6th floor that day because after the president was killed; because a rifle was discovered by a few police men on the 6th floor behind a stack of boxes. This rifle, which is said to be the one which was used to kill the president, had Lee Harvey’s palm print on it. Furthermore, a man called Mr Norman who worked on the 5th floor said that he heard 3 bullets hit the ground at the time the president was shot.
When Lee Harvey Oswald was a teenager he dropped out of school and joined the US marine where he learnt to aim and fire accurately.
