my puppy was blind, he had ;like white in his eyes...
and he kept running into things...

Yea he would definately be running into things that's the main way you will know if your puppy is blind.

aww dats mean don't poke his eye he would defitnitly be running in to stuff if his blind.

Take your puppy to the Vet. The Vet will be able to treat the eye and maybe save it. Puppies do run into things, they get in a hurry and crash. But please go to the Vet. Many eye problems are treatable in your dogs and puppies
