I would say, try to keep them seperate, unless you're watching them, then, when/if buddy is old enough, fix him. That may fix the problem.

I agree with olliecp... also when male dogs are fixed they are more tame. So that should work!

Your male dog should be neutered.
And just wondering, why can't they be inside? Dogs aren't meant to be outside. They have pack mentality and usually want to be where their pack 'leader' is (you).
Get him neutered so he doesn't suffer trying to do something that isn't going to happen. I feel sorry for him.

K I have two dogs ashlee and buddy, ashllee is fixed but buddy isn't he jumps on
Her thinking he's making love with her. But ashlee hates it so she bites him hard
And he yellps loud making the pepole think I beat them! And they cant live in the house so tey live in the backyard,what do I do!!!1
