Punks vs emo

Why are punks an emo fighting I have 2 punk one friend says that she doesnt understand it either.an the other says wer copying them an the only reson she hasnt beat me up is because we grew up together.well I guess my question is why are we fighting each other? (punks an emos) when we should b fighting all the posers.

well basicly punk was around way before emo and they both basicly are trying to prove the same point so the punks feel like emos are like copying them or sumtin

and punk is nothing like emo
so I dont know why anyone who is punk would say there copying them
punk has nothing to do with emo
there both completely different sterotypes
if your friends want to fight each other or you for choosing a different sterotype then what kind of friends are they
tell them and yourself to wake up
your just people, really...what are you fighting for?

I dont understand why you have to fight at all.
what good will it do?
what is the point you'd make?
just let people be who they want to be.
