I do not think so because the girl is more than likely too young to realize what she is provoking out of the surrounding guys, and until shes old enough to date she should not be allowed to wear such clothing, including shoes

I personally dont think they should girls now grow up WAY to fast let them be lil girls til there atleast 14-15 and I may be sounding stupid coming form a 22 yr old but I didnt get 'privilages' until I was 16 and I am damn glad I didnt just because when I did I knew how to appreciate it and not go STUPID thanks

its really something thats up to you
some people will judge you for it and some people wont
but if your comfortable and like wearing them then go for it
its your decision

I think it Depends on your surroundings like if you live in a bad neighbor hood then no of course not, but if you live in a normal neighborhood then yeah. But if you live in a good/great neighborhood it might be disturbing to most of the townsfolk.

it depends on what shes wearing them w/.If shes wearing a mini skirt of course not!But w/ jeans or pants it would be ok.as long as she can walk in them.

No way
12 years old is wayyy too young that is like early middle school
and why would she want to wear them all the time anyway? wouldnt she get tired?

no. definately not. aside from the catching older mens eye thing, at twelve yeard old, a girl is not fully developed, her bones have not finished forming and it can completely screw up her back.

I also have a huge problem with the clothing and stuff currently being designed for young girls. I dont think its ok for them to dress like they are adults for the simple fact that they are not adults. They dont have to rush through their childhood, when its over they will regret not taking the time to just be kids. They wont get another opportunity. Haha, I feel old now even though im only 21!

I dont think she should , as shes only 12 and she still needs to grow up and shes still a child and heals shouldnt be a issue at this age it should be a issue at 15 up wards.
sorry if it sounded mean.

well sure she should be allowed to wear them!
I just hope that she gives you a cut of what she will make workin' the streets.

actually, high heels have been linked to overworked or injured leg muscles, osteoarthritis of the knee and low back pain.
you are the voice of reason and make the rules for your child. I can't imagine this even being considered.
I would also hope that you would explain to your daughter that a woman's worth should not to be equated with her looks.
intelligence and integrity should be her 'fashion' and you must help her understand this.
we need to raise and support strong, independent women and help to steer them from the 'paris hilton' school of thought.

heels, no big deal. as long as the shirts aren't low cut and the skirts aren't short. nothing else really matters. heels aren't risque, it just depends the rest of the outfit. besides, after she wears those one time, she'll hate them. they're painful!
