that is if you intend to get married.. rght.. im not sure I have done some research but there are all different kinds of promise ring meanings but thats what I thought was the left... thanks for the reply

(assuming the promise is for pre-engagement)
Its pretty much all based on personal preference. Many couples choose to wear this ring on their left hand ring finger. They then switch the ring to their right hand once the actual engagement ring or wedding band is received.
