Preppy clothes 4 girls?

Were is the best store to buy clothes for my baby sister? Shes 11 and she is really in to like really preppy clothes

even wal-mart sells preppy clothes, which is great if she might snap out of her phase soon

Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie&Fitch, Aeropostale, Express, Garage, Lacoste...
It all depends on your budget. ^^ Those are expensive stores, but even Wal-Mart has preppy clothes as jaes said. Plus, you have to see if she cares about designer labels.

id say go fro wal mart, because she is growing, and at that age girls generally dont care what brand they are just as long as they are cute

Yeah as they said walmart cause young children grow really fast. so no need buying expensive cloths that will last a very short ammount of time. but hollister, abercrombie & fitch, aeropostale, Pac sun, Gen ex is pretty cheap and they have cute cloths also =]]

Since she's 11, don't let her go all-out prep. No pumps, etc. stick with nice flats. If you want her to look preppy but not sophisticated, go for one of those tween stores, like Limited Too.

Whatever you do, don't let her get trashy, and don't let her anywhere near things like Bebe or Juicy Couture until she's 13.
