Yes, it could defentatly get you pregnant.. Even if it falls on the outer part of the vaginal area. The sperm can swim towards the inside.And one sigle drop of sprem can have over a million sperm. So your best bet is to use condoms or not have se at all if you dont want to get pregnant

Friend there is no such thing as a single drop of sperm it (One drop of semen contains millions of sperms ). And thats all it needs to get you pregnant but it's a 50% may and 50% may not. But my advise to you is to get a text .
