Is this pregnancy test result accurate?

Ok guys so the thing is I dont know if im pregnant or not. If I am I should be 3 weeks on friday, if so shouldnt I be having any symptoms allready? and today I bought a pregnacy test but its cheap from the dollar store and it came out negative..you think is accurate or not?

Well if you havent missed your period or havent had any signs of being pregnant why are you takeing a pregnancy test? What made you go get a test? And if you really think you could be pregnant then maybe you should take another better test or go to a doctor for one.
