I recently started birth control for the first time. I think I may be pregnant before I started the pills. I have been having pregnancy symptoms but they maybe from the pills but I don't know. is this possible?

If you suspect a pregnancy you should stop the birth control pills and take a test.

Pregnancy symptoms share common symptoms with many illnesses, so it may be something as simple as the flu.

The pill does have a few effects that are like pregnancy symptoms.

So again, it's wise to take a test.

Some peoples reactions to the pill do seem similar to pregnancy, Your doctor should have done a test on you before you went on it. Go back and see your doc incase but I had the same problem when I went onto the pill.
