I know people are close minded on here... But yes he can go to jail. My brother was 18 and the girl was 15 and he got into trouble! I know if he was 60 and she was 54 no one would say a word about it!

Dear butta_babi,
YES!...for good reason. Not only is there legal laws but our moral laws are pretty much against this also. A 13 year old child is ver impressionable and 19 year old males can be pretty persuasive. For that reason even if she did agree we see it as wrong all the way around.
