it's possible to still get your period the first few months or so when pregnant, but you don't actually ovulate. you just get spotting, and cramps and all those other symptoms.

It is impossible to have your period while pregnant.

Bleeding typically isn't a sign of pregnancy but it can happen during pregnancy - it is NOT a period however. A period happens when an egg isn't fertilized and implanted in the uterine lining, causing it to shed and discard the unfertilized egg.

Implantation bleeding can happen as well as bleeding due to hormone changes during pregnancy. Bleeding can also be a sign of a high risk pregnancy.
