Signs can be confusing. Its just waaay easier to buy a pregnancy test in the pharmacy.

Common signs in early pregnancy: nausea, vomiting, cramps (light with NO bleeding), headaches, light headedness, tender breasts, darkening of the nipples, frequent urination, constipation, fatigue.

Some un-common signes - craving things like paint chips, laundry detergent and other household products.
