What pills are good to lose weight?

I need to lose weight I am 5'1 and weight about 150 pounds but if you see me on the street I really do not look bad I guess it is will spread out so what would help me to lose weight and what type of pills are good to use

If Yuur over 18 then yuu can buy food from the cambridge diet... thats amazing my mum lost about 3 stone something in 2 months... if yuur under 18 then yuu could try and get someone in yuur family to buy it... its not expensive x

pills used for weight loss really arnt good for you no matter what people say so why don't you just do more exercise or eat less if that is the problem because pills will only be a temporary solution anyway..but good luck with the losing weight whatever you do!
