Possible to overdose??

I took 4 One A Day chewable vitamins today (the recommended dosage is 2) is this going to harm me if this is the only time I do it?
I forgot that I took them this morning and I Just took two more, only to remember that I had already taken them.
Should...

I be worried?

no. you'll just pee out the excess vitamins. keep it up though, and you may get 'vitamin toxicity' which can be harmful.

Nah, they're just vitamins, they won't hurt you the first time around. Just don't do it again, and you should be fine. =)
