Will drinking diet pop help me lose weight?

I want to loose weight and I was wondering if I drink diet pop I will loose as much weight as I would by just stopping drinking it for say a month?

Well i and others might have the answer if you can tell me/us how tall you are and your current weight

auctually I'm guessing no... any time of soda is bad for you. In fact some scientists' think that it will autcually make u gain... but don't worry about that--- u do what u want 2, but if it was me i would stop drinking soda completely.! G2Go, Kiikiyo

by cutting out sigar from your diet you will lose weight. Probably not drastically though.

anything that is diet is low on calories and have 0 carps 0 proteins 0 sugars, so that will help..
