Run a scan for Malware. There is something in your system that shouldn't be. You can use Adaware or Spybot to get a good scan for free. The pop-ups would worry me less than the fact that those malicious programs can send info from your computer to an unknown source for whatever it is they want to use it for.

How to stop popups if my browser blocker doesn't work?
Everytime I get on the internet I have stupid pop up come up! I went to tools and to pop ups and I turned the setting on high- dont allow any pop ups and it still did it!!! What can I do to stop them?
