How do i download the event for the membership card in pokemon?

how to download the event to get the membership card in my pokemon diamond? I have no idea to do that,please help me. thank you

Hi,

You have to unlock the mystery gift option to be able to get the members card.

1) Go to the Jubilife TV station in Jubilife City.
2) Go to the 3rd floor.
3) Talk to the man in the lower room (he’s on the left).
4) The first two words you tell him are “everyone” and “happy“.
5) the second two words are “Wi-Fi” and “Connection“.
6) This will then unlock the Mystery Gift feature on the main menu.

I already tried that and it did not work!
What one are you supposed to do friend present via wireless or via Nintendo Wi-Fi???

hey, is there a possibility that if you activate the mystery gift you cannot migrate pokemons from the previous versions anymore? because I activated my mystery gifts option, and I can;t migrate pokemons. the game just doesn't show the option
