How to get to the levels in pokemon silver?

Ok I bought pokemon silver today and normally it goes straight into your house and then you speak to your mum and stuff dont you? but this game is weird, its in jappenese and its not like a pokemon game it says dream 1 and then goes onto some weird...

thing where you have to go through levels? this isn't right is it? :@

well I heard that the jaoenease version is different, but what do you mean by levels? like, well, I have silver gold and crystal and red and green and yellow. but none are japenese. maybe if I buy 1 ill funmail u. make sure you funmail me!!!
