What do you think of these poetry attemps?

just wondering how these 'attempts' at poetry look... I've written a lot of em, but I generally dont show em to anyone. criticize as much as you want.

I titled it thoughts :

as I sit here in this cold dark room

I cant stop thinking only about you

missing your soft touch on me

longing for a soft kiss on thee

silent is this night

frightening is the sight

of realizing something cruel

that you will never really be there for me,

not now not ever.

my thoughts they come together

your touch it feels like leather,

your body cold as ice

why will it never feel so nice?

I am lost, so cold, so alone

please come and take me home

as my tears start to fall

I cannot hear your soft call

dead as I may be

I will always call for thee
