Painkillers for period pain

I started having my period in march 2008 and I never had any pains. But this morning, I had my period and my stomach has been paining me. I don’t know what to do. I haven’t done anything today. I’ve just been on my bed rolling. Are there any pain killers I could use to stop this pain?

Midol works good but for me tylenol or advil works just fine I cant live without them when im on my period!!

Answer #2

Midol is made specifically for period cramps, they always work for me.

If you don’t have that, Aleve is my second choice.

Answer #6

I use to take midol… and I couldn’t live without it when I was on my period… but then my family doctor told me that painkillers aren’t the best solution for cramps, cause it damages your liver!! so he gave me a more natural supplement… and gave me these magnesium pills… and they work great… cause I’d only need at least one or two on my first day and I’d be fine without it for the rest of my period =)

Answer #7
