Can a 13 14 year old girl babysit???

I would say no cus that age is 2 young bt it depends how the person is

I would honestly base the answer to that question on your personal feel of their maturity. Some children are able to accept responsibility early and have shown it repeatedly, while others aren’t so lucky. If you feel that you could leave them at home, alone, and have the house taken care of as well as themselves, then it shouldn’t be a problem.

if you in your eyes believe that the job is easy im sure that any one responsible wouldnt leave their youngins with just some young girl.. for many reasons -shes young. she needs to have fun.. not stress -it wouldnt look good to police if they got involved -its hard for kids to respect people closer to their own age

well if a 13 or 14 year old(liie me ) can have a 2 babaies theirself and look after them non stop then I’m sure a 13/14 yr old could babysit for a few hours!! me personally I wouldn’t leave my babies in the care of someone else aged under 21 and I’d take them to a proper chilminder who is registered and has done first aid and had experience with children. but some people who can’t afford a chilminder will give them to babysitters young ones so they don’t have to babysit.

Sure…(of course, it might depend on the girl)…how dependable, how mature, how trustworthy…I made a lot of my own spending money from age 12 on, babysitting neighborhood kids…
