Eat 1 meal a day

I think I'm fat and ugly my doctor says I'm a good wait I don't eat breakfast or lunch but I do eat dinner am I anorexic

okay, so basicly I think you shouldn't be thinking that your fat and ugly.
it's bad enough to get down on yourself in that way in the first place and then skipping breakfast (the most important meal of the day) and lunch isn't very healthy... I wouldnt call that anorexic but its cutting close..

As to being fat and ugly, I highly doubt that you are. Sometimes girls who are fat don't look bad like they think that they do.

If the doctor says that your weight is fine, then it's fine. Stop worrying and start eating breakfast, and lunch. Eating only dinner is likely to make you gain weight, because by then you are hungry and will eat more in one sitting then you all other meals combined.

The being ugly part? It is very rare that a girl is ugly. VERY. If you look in the mirror and see something that is unique, you arent ugly...You're beautiful.

hunny, every women is beautiful in their own way. there isn't a specific way you are supposed to look. I can gaurantee you are beautiful.
You need to eat every meal because if you skip a meal and don't eat then your body won't have any energy to run off of and you will be tired all day.
As far as being anorexic if you don't eat lunch or dinner you have to be starving hunny! Don't skip meals because it isnt helping you lose weight. If you are worried about your weight then exorcise a couple times a week and eat healthy. I'm not saying go on a diet just be healthy. You will feel better and have more energy.

Your not anorexic your just worried about your weight but you should be eating breakfast and lunch so that you have a balanced day of meals and so that you don't pig out on dinner and eat a lot to get back all the lost energy.
