I'm sure you've heard of Proactive. Seems to work for a lot of people... for a while.

You may not believe me and it may sound rediculous but you already have the solution in your very own bathroom! Before going to bed, just put some *toothpaste on your pimple(s). Try it before you deny it. Thank me in the morning...

Proactice is good. Also Clearasil. The best one that I happen to own is Clean&CLear. it totally works.

But if you dont have time try lostwifes advice with the toothpaster

Facewash only cleans the problem outside of your body, and usually doesnt help. If you want to prevent the hormone from causing this, then use medication which contains things like Vitamin B6, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc.

You can buy medication like this at drug stores or whatever you call them in your country.

I use proactiv... it really does work, lol. I would try that, you don't even have to use all 3 steps, just the first step.

u can try those stuff..or try washing face a lot everyday..its slow but I've seen people do it
