My mate has just said she thinks she is going into labour

my mate has just said she thinks she is going into labour but is only 5 and 1/2 months.

What type of pains is it!??

well, is she having pains every 5 minuets?

Quicker than that...The baby is REALLY badly kicking but she said the pains arent normal

well, she should go to the hospital just in case. has her water broke? if a pregnant lady has pains every 5 minuets or quicker than that, she may be going into labor, but if its just kicking, I don't think she could be going into it then. have her go to the hospital to get it checked out anyways just in case.

tell her to go to either a doctor or a hospital
or atke her yourself
at 5 and a half months, if she was pregnant it would be extreemly premature,
and would probably die
and if she isnt pregnant (which she probably isnt) something else is wrong
so take her to the doctor or a hospital were they can help her

It could just be braxton hicks contractions. They are similar (but less painful) to the real contractions you have during labor. Women confuse the two all the time since braxton hicks are sometimes a bit uncomfortable. These 'fake' contractions are just her bodies way to start preparing for the big day. But since it's a bit early (mine started at about 7.5 months, but I couldn't really feel them), she should talk to her doctor to be sure everything is ok.
