How can I turn my failing grades around?

Ok, so as of right now, it is saturday, september 22nd. and well, they are finalizeing our interems( progress reports) over the weeknd.. and well... last I checked I had a D in social studies, an F in laguage arts a D in math, a b in science, an A in art, and an A in band. but... if I dont have everything above a C I cant have a party, I cant get a laptop, I cant even get a stero, andi wont get my cell phone back. but see, the problem is, I turned in everything that was missing in my classes, and now I am worried it wont bring my grades up enough... so, I am almost positive I will have at least 1 grade that is below a C. so, I a asking anyone and everyone there is. HOW DO I BECOME MORE ORGINIZED AND IS THERE A WAY TO TRAIN MYSELF INTO TURNING EVERYTHING IN?

do it RIGHT when you get home! that way you cant forget. and if honors is too hard then go to normal classes. because failing honors and doing good normal courses is pretty much the same thing. so do those 2 things and things will turn around I swear. Honors can happen next year!! also I find that textbooks can sometimes teach better than a teacher, look in there!

I had the same problem. the best way to get back up to at least an A is to study study study and actually ask the teacher for help.

true... but I also have problems studying and I get distracted by everything under the sun, you know? and not to mention, im in honors everything so I am basicly learningin 9th grade stuff in 8th grade, and it doesnt help that I have a mtah teacher wo refuses to help me.. I mean, yesterday, I went up to him and told him "Mr,Holcomb, I dont understand any of this, is there a way for you to help me to better understand it?" and you know what he said? he said" well, coup, I am afaraid I dont have the time to help you. go ask one of your fellow classmates, maybe they can help you." and almost everyone else in the class agrees with me that Mr.Holcomb isnt a good teacher.. well, I mean, hes cool and all... but I mean, he doesnt teach well, you know? I mean its like the way he teachs makes you not understand what your learning, and then when I tell my mom that I dont have homework and stuff because I already did it in class, she get angry with me because she thinks that im lieing and just not doing the homework, and it is starting ti get me aggrivtaed, ya know??

maybe you should try going to the library after school instead of home cause at home things are too distracting(I'm doing this and so far it's helping me).
Write the homework in a planner,take a snack, and take breaks every few minutes. hope this helped
