my dear, im no big advisor, I only give tips and praise. I am struggling with a weight issue myseld. I have cut corners, meaning no fast food and no ice cream at bedtime. as for going indepth as to what I eat and how I prepare it, I will share with you if you ask. remember I am 54. my struggle is harder than your because you have a young metabolism. but, if you will prepare what you eat at home ill help you with what to buy and how to prepare it o.k.? dont worry...
some ways that would work are...
you should join a sport or get a running ruiteen. you will have to eat healthy, (none of that starving yourself thing it dosn't work, it just makes you really unhealthy and to become heathy again you would get all the weight right back)go on a calory diet, only eat a certain amount of calories in one day. you should probably look up how many calories you should take in a day. eat things that will help you stay strong and healthy. by the way, if your really strong them you might not be over weight. MUCEL WIEGHS MORE THEN FAT! so don't worry about it if your really fit.
one more thing, some people are just made different and will be completly healthy all their lives but they will wiegh more then others. it all depends on your body structure. good luck! <:
