How can I help my boyfriend get a job if he has felonies?

my boyfriend is on parole and has felonies. He is living in a sober living and I want to help find him a job that will accept that. If you have any ideas , advice or anything at all please contact me asap. We both appreciate it!

To find companies hiring felons in your area, go to http://www.governmen... and find your local employment office.

They should be able to put you on the right track to finding a job. I've also heard that United Way and the Salvation Army will employ those with felony records.
