Is she like "mossy" looking? Maybe it's a fungus thing...Did you try to find out via the internet?

My fish tank got infected w/ a disease called Ick it was whitish maybe your fish has this

She has afungus and needs to be treated with meds go to the store where you got it and describe her illness they will point you to the right meds, good luck.
