Should I date her even if my friend used to like her?

My friend used to like this girl about a year ago but he never dated her. Instead he ended up dating her friend even though he liked her a lot. Well lately I started hanging out with this girl and started liking her and am considering dating her, but my friend is acting mad about the whole thing, even though he won't come out and say that he is mad, she is about a year younger than me and he is also saying that that is bad. My question is it that bad, and should I date this girl or leave it alone because of my friend?

Just go in there and ask her out, your mate is only mad because he aint done anything about his feling for her and hes afraid your going to get in there first.

If your mate is such a good mate then he wont mind you going out with this girl (if that is also what she wants).

um yea if he used to like her than that means hes over her and thats when you make your move, if he dated her friend instead of asking her out then maybe he didnt like her as much as he said he did. if hes mad then you need to sit down with him and talk like what his true feelings are. who cares shes a year younger than you big deal I like a guy whos 3 years younger than me. age is nothing but a number. I say go for it!

I personally think thats just a little messed up...like yea he liked her like a year ago and dated her friend that doesnt matter,sum people are shy and they can't express there feelings you no and like he prob still likes her in a way!! I don't know I just wud never do that!! I think any person that my friend has a crush on and or dated or even used to like is off limits! But thats my opinion...If your frends mad then its for a reason...
