First I would ask you why would you want to be a size zero? I was in high school for a little bit, but then I went to a 3 then a 5 then a 7, it was definitely small enough. I way bigger than that now.
Sometimes your body type won't let you go to a zero without some major (and might I add dangerous) methods. I don't know what size you are now..but you will be way happier if you accept yourself like you naturally are.
Why? Beauty and sexiness comes in all different sizes. It isnt possible for everyone to achieve a size 0 (which is way too thin anyway) because we all have different body types and bone structures. Remember, Marilyn Monroe was a Size 14!
being anorexic isn't that bad, but you need to know when to stop.. but anorexia is not 4 every1, sum people becum addictted, it depends how emotionaly strong you r.
Diet like crazy. Most clebrities that become a size 0 do so through a 500-600 calorie a day diet and then burning 2000-2500 calories a day. Burning this amount isn't as difficult as it sounds, if you find an online activity calorie counter you'll find that you burn most of that through your day to day activities anyway. The rest can be made up of an hours cardio and toning.
