My boyfriend has been asking me to add a blonde streak to his dyed-black hair. I'd love to, but I'm worried it will turn out a strange color? He wants very light blonde, not a yellow or orange tinge to it. I've done blonde streaks before but never...
platinum. So I'll need to bleach it, and then add a white/platinum dye, right? Any products you would recommend or that I should avoid? I've been looking at Manic Panic, but I don't know how well it works... Help??
