Pimples..

so im having a problem with acne. I use proactive 1-2 times a day and doesnt seem to help. tho I dont get like connect the dot pimples...I get the very few volcanic ones. yeah wierd choice of words but yah. they hurt and stuff if you rub against em or...

watever. and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get rid of -this- kind of acne ya know? much appreciated

proactive is really bad for your skin, theirs this natural stuff called botny sorry I dont no how to spell it. I think you get it from health food stores, it works really well.

try toothpaste pr a really good facial mask. yes toothpaste. and not like the whole tube on your face just a dot here and there . and not too close to your eyes.;

toothpaste is good but it drys out your skin so when it becomes a scab dont pick it or it will leave a skar

the greatest acne product ever is desert touch stick which you can find at trader joes. its alll natural and it will cure most of your acne in about a week. its incredible!! also for the time being try and keeep your hair out of you rface!!!

Well if its mainly on ypur fore head its probally because I mess with your hair a lot,I have that same problem. And do not pick at the they just get more dirty. Difficult but worth it.I havent came across any good face wash yet tho. Good luck

the reason proactive may not work is because your skin can actually grow imune to it therefore when you get a zit and you use proactive it basically does nothing. It sounds like you have your pimples under the skin meaning they don't really pop and then are like mountians basically right? I suggest using a toner instead of a face wash. Toner will clean out your pours therefore less dirt and hopefully no pimples. You skin may be a littel dry for a short period of time also but good lcuk

Constantly wash your face and put moisteriser on...uhhm? I have a BUNCH of mask recipes...for like home made...OMG! Try this!!
Take aspirin and crush it between two spoons, put it in a bowl.Then you add some honey...just like a drop. Then you mix it and if its like...pastey, then dab it on the pimples you have(if not add a little more honey) and wait for about 20 mins and then wash it off with warm water. After that take a towl and pat it dry. After you pat it dry, then moisterise!!!

Dont bother with all of those fancy acne treatments! They NEVER work! Buy some triple antibiotic ointment plus (yes, the stuff that you put on cuts) and put it on your pimples at night before bed. The next morning, your pimple will be almost gone and there will hardly be any redness! please trust me on this! I had at least 15 pimples on my nose two days ago and I have one tincey-wincey little dot and NO redness! DOOO IT!!

I am a biomedical engineering student, I have suffered with acne for over 8 years,I have tried everything: proactive, retinol, benozyl peroxide creams, nothing worked on me. A mayo clinic doctor suggested antiobiotic amoxicillin (1000mg) per day, (2 capsules per day) along with triphala (3 capsules per day) and all the pimples magically disappeared in a period of 5 months!!!

I get huge honkers on my face like you do.get a prescription,or use neutrigina like I doo.also,if your using acne products more than 2wice a day,it can iritate your skin.also,I dont y, but sometines I put zit creem on a zit,and the next mornin,its a WHITE HEAD!!!

My sister used to use proactive. It did nothing for her. I would advise getting a prescription from your doctor. I don't know if you have it where you are but my doctor gave me a cream caled Duac, and although it takes a while to work, I mean like 4 weeks but its really good! its the only thing thats worked for me, I have pretty much no pimples an more but it does take a lot of persisting with.
