How to pierce my nose safely at home?

I wanted to pierce my nose and I was wondering how I can do a safe home piercing I have piercing needles and a nose screw and earing studs and all I need to do it but I heard you need a cork or somthing and I dont have one what can I do .. and how bad will it hurt ty for any advise

the pain will depend on your tolerance.
and I've done it myself.. I just used a thick needle.
