When you take out a nose piercing can you remove the scar?

when you take out a nose piercing and it leaves a scar, will scar removal products help get rid of that?
this is probably a stupid question, but w/e.

my sister got her nose pierced. I know this has nothing to do with the question, but it's better to get it done by gun. my sister said the needle hurt as hell, and my friend who got it done by gun had it done for a long while now and it's perfectly fine and didn't hurt one bit. and it's rare to get a scar if you pierce by gun.
and to answer your question, yes, it helps a little. but you just have to wait a bit for the scar to be completely unoticable. (:

well I got my noes pirced by a no proffessionall and he couldnt get the noes ring in and I've done it twice and the scare healed with in a week but if you get the ring throught them no one can see the scar?
