nose for sure, they are cuter anyway

nipples have way to many nerve endings and I now a guy who has his niple pierced and he said it hurt SOOO bad for a long time

Depends on whether you care about aesthetic improvement or sexual stimulation. I say, nipple. I've got mine, girlfriend has hers. Enhances sexual stimulation like no other.
