Loading pictures error

everytime I try and load a pictures, I always get the same msg- Please dont load pictures with erotic blab blab blab...
no matter what picture I try to load- same problem
they are jpg format so I dont see a problem

Is this the message you're getting:
"Please do not upload explicit photos or your account will be cancelled" ?

If so, that message is always there - it's more of a reminder than anything
