Can I get an old photo restored that's tattered?

Okay so I just need an answer.
I have a picture of my grandma that died...
It's the onli thing I have...
Yet It's kinda ripping at the corners.
I was just asking can I put it to Walmart and they can make a nicer copy?
I do anything..

wal mart can help make copies of the picture and they are really careful with it.

Yes girl!! Do it a.s.a.p!!! Before the picture is too ruined to fix. if not Wal-Mart I know Walgreens does that
