Make sure it's saved in a folder you can find on your computer.
PICTURES is probably the best folder.
Go to My Space and click "Edit photos".
You should see a place for uploading photos.
Click browse and find the picture or pictures you want.
When you find it click "open".
Then click upload.

Yay!
