A woman usually only releases a single egg at a time, although she may release more than one egg during her cycle. Multiple eggs are usually either because of hormone treatments, or genetics (e.g. twins that run in a family).

you should no that
your born with a certain amount
what your born with is all you have
and nothing can increase the amount of eggs you have
only one is released each month
