Are you referring to menarche, your *very first* period. Or are you asking about being able to make urself start earlier than you normally would?
Either way, without medication there is nothing you can do other than wait for nature to do its thing.

having yoor periods are just a pain in the neck
I was thought omg when I first started but then it just got anoying
then comin every month
I wish I hadnt started mine alredy
and still was waiting :L
so unless yoor wantin medication to start erlier
then yoo just have to wait
