Every woman is different and it depends on their cycle, although most of the time it is right after. That is not an form of birth control though, there are too many factors that go along with tracking your cycle.

I am unsure exactly, but I heard right after your period. If yoou are trying to get pregnant you can but one of those ovulating tests system that tells you when you are ovulating!

Normally right after your period because that is when you ovulate. The normal cycle is 28 days and you ovulate about half way through it...but it's a little different for everyone. I got pregnant 3 times at the exact middle of my cycle (a cycle runs from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period). Remember that sperm lives inside of you for 3-5 days so if you have sex a couple days after your period you could possibly ovulate while the sperm are still there.

I've heard you can get pregnant when you ovulation occurs, which can be different for every woman. I have a regular 28 day cycle and my ovulation occurs around the 14 day mark after my period.

Good Luck, hope this helps.

Most people count 14 days from the first day of your period and that is when you should be ovulating,
However it does depend on your cycle too (meaning how many days pass from period to period)
