I get period cramps but no period

I get period cramps but no period and it is odd what does it mean.

It might mean that your period is coming real soon.

I havent had one in 8 months

Might be time to see a doctor. Not having a period for 8 months is not ok. Not to spook you of course. Didn't you find it weird when it was 2 months ago that you had your period?

maybe it's just me, but I thought that "period cramps" were cramps that resulted in or happened during your period. are you sure that the cramps you're experiencing are happening in your uterus? camps not followed by any bleeding is a sign that something is wrong.
